Sample a variety of tequilas and tequila drinks exquisitely paired with gourmet small plates. Derived from the blue agave plant, the spirit is primarily distilled in the area surrounding the city of Tequila, and the Jaliscan Highlands in the central western Mexican state of Jalisco.
